If you privately promise a customer a discount from your commission, that agreement is between you and the customer. GURGOORA is not part of that agreement and does not manage it by default.
Proven complaints may affect your commission.
If a customer submits proof that you promised a discount and did not honor it, GURGOORA may deduct the agreed amount and may reduce or forfeit the remaining commission according to the representative rules.
